Welcome to the Live It Learn It Field Experience Calendar for Partner Teachers!
Here, you can explore field experiences offered across the school year, all designed to bring grade-level learning to life through engaging, curriculum-aligned experiences that spark curiosity and deepen understanding. Helping students experience learning beyond the classroom is what LILI does best, and we take care of the planning, coordination, and logistics so teachers can focus on their students.

HOW THIS WORKS

Browse available field experiences. Each event includes key details such as the destination, grade level, and capacity.Select an experience for your grade-level.
Some destinations can accommodate an entire grade level at one time, while others are designed for one class.Submit your request.
When you click on an event, you will be able to submit a short request form with your grade details and preferred pre-lesson timing.LILI confirms the experience.
The LILI team will review your request and follow up with confirmation and next steps.
Questions Teachers Often Ask
What if my grade level has more students than one visit allows? Some destinations have limits on how many students can attend at one time. If your group is larger than the capacity for a single visit, you may need to request more than one date.
What if none of the available dates work for my class? Please reach out to the LILI team. We will work to help identify other options. Keep in mind that reservations are on a first come, first served basis so don’t wait to book a field experience!
What does LILI provide? The LILI team supports the field experience from start to finish. LILI will:
coordinate with partner destinations when needed,
handle scheduling and logistics including booking transportation,
prepare students with a LILI pre-lesson before the trip,
be the on-site field trip coordinator the day of the trip so that teachers can focus on student learning and engagement.
