Clemons

Program Manager,
Partner School Support

Dr. Khiana Clemons is the Program Manager for Partner School Support at Live It Learn It. A seasoned educator and equity strategist, she is committed to fostering inclusive learning environments and building stronger supports for marginalized communities. Khiana has served as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, equity specialist and most recently as an education consultant supporting schools and educators across Washington, DC. She recently earned her Doctorate in Education Leadership and Policy Studies from Howard University, where her dissertation focused on youth mental health and educational access.
Beyond her professional work, Khiana is deeply engaged in community service and youth development. She serves as Vice Chair of Member Recruitment for the Junior League of Washington, mentors with Community of Hope and has been a Girl Scout troop leader for nearly 13 years. When she’s not working or volunteering, she loves exploring new restaurants in the DC area, practicing yoga and traveling the world. Passionate about mentorship and equity, Khiana is excited to bring her dedication, expertise and commitment to service to her role with Live It Learn It.
