Tracy (she/her) is an Executive Principal at Thread Strategies and a passionate fundraising professional, dedicated to connecting idealists with philanthropic resources. With nearly 20 years of experience in development and nonprofit leadership, Tracy has helped local, regional, and national organizations meet their communities' needs by providing direction and guidance in fundraising planning and execution. Tracy holds a Master of Public Affairs with a certificate in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a B.S. from Brigham Young University in Human Development. She is also a proud member of the Salesforce ecosystem and is a Certified Salesforce Administrator. Tracy's greatest strength is her enthusiasm as she strives to help people work together, share their stories, and strengthen connections to raise the resources needed to solve real-life problems.
